When you buy from meibi, you're getting unique, brand-new, high-quality intimate products. Every item in the meibi tribe comes with a 1-year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, in accordance with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and applicable state consumer protection laws.
The warranty period begins on the date you receive your meibi toy and runs for one (1) year. During this period, you may request a replacement only (no repairs, no refunds under this warranty), provided the product has not been damaged or affected by misuse.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used. If you have questions about how to use your meibi product, check our meibi sutra guide or contact our team directly for personalized support.

Every meibi product is brand new, made with the highest-quality materials. meibi does not offer repair services โ hygiene is our top priority, which is why we always send a brand-new replacement for any defective item. You will never receive a refurbished, reused, or repaired product under this warranty.
Please note: for safety reasons, none of our products will power on while charging.
Your warranty covers your toy โ not the charger. If our team determines the issue is with the charging cable/base rather than the toy itself, you will need to purchase a new charger directly from our website.
As stated in your product's manual, avoid powering on your device while it is plugged in/charging โ doing so will void the warranty due to misuse.
If you did not purchase your toy directly from getmeibi.com, please send us all relevant materials and information (full shipping details, order number, and proof of where you purchased it) directly to team@getmeibi.com.

To validate your warranty claim, you'll need to provide:
Your order number and the email address used at checkout.
A photo of the product, including all accessories (charger, remote, pouch, etc.).
A video, minimum 1 minute and maximum 5 minutes, clearly showing the issue. The video must show how you charge and power on the toy, and must clearly show that the charging cube/base is also charging another device.
If the issue involves a bullet-style/battery-powered toy, the video must show that the battery you're using works in another device (remote control, mouse, clock, etc.).
Claims submitted without the required video will be rejected.
Submit your claim by emailing team@getmeibi.com with the subject line: "#[Order Number] โ Warranty Claim"
If your toy is from LELO or Lora Dicarlo, you must file your warranty claim directly through that brand's official U.S. site, as their warranty terms are separate from meibi's.
Review timeline: Claims are reviewed on a rolling monthly cycle (the 1st through the 24th of each month), with a decision issued by the 25th. Please plan accordingly when following up on your claim.

This warranty does not apply to ZIZU products, meibi EGGS, or period underwear.
The warranty may be voided if our technical team determines the defect was caused by misuse.
No cash or credit-card refunds are issued under this warranty โ only product replacement.
This warranty is non-transferable beyond normal resale exclusions under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, i.e., it covers the original purchaser; replacement units do not restart a new warranty period.

No cancellations once an order has shipped.
No changes to color or model once an order has been placed.
No refunds are issued for products that have been opened, used, or for partial/warranty-related claims โ replacement only, per the terms above.
Gift cards: non-refundable for cash. (Note: some states require small remaining gift card balances to be redeemable in cash โ confirm your state-by-state compliance before finalizing this clause.)
Returns of unopened, unused products in original, unopened packaging may be accepted at our discretion. A return shipping fee of [$XX USD] applies, and refunds are processed only after our warehouse confirms the product was received unopened and unaltered.
