After 30 days from your package's ship date, it will not be possible to request a cancellation or refund due to loss, as this is the time limit established by carriers to initiate an investigation and confirm such situations.

Shipping costs are covered by the customer up to a cost of $90 USD. Above this amount, the charge is included in the total purchase price. Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed. Average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the time the order is placed and payment is confirmed. If the purchase is made through our online store on Fridays (afternoon or evening), Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, the order will be processed the next business day. Next-business-day deliveries are only valid for certain zip codes.

We ship to all 50 states through various carriers for $30 USD per order; carriers are assigned according to zip code.

Once a purchase is authorized, the average processing time for MEIBI LLC to hand off an order to the shipping carrier is 24 business hours, counted from the day after the purchase was made.

Shipments take 3 to 5 business days to arrive at their final destination; however, certain areas (including Alaska, Hawaii, and rural zones) are considered extended delivery zones by carriers, and delivery times may take a bit longer, as MEIBI LLC has no control over this.

Delivery times may be extended in cases of force majeure events (severe weather, public health emergencies, carrier disruptions, etc.). During sale periods and promotions, delivery times may exceed the usual timeframe.

If you place an order for more than $90 USD, shipping is free.

All orders are subject to product availability confirmation. In case of inventory or system errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the product.

The customer is responsible for tracking their shipment once the tracking number has been sent to their email. In case of any delivery issue, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us for support or clarification. MEIBI LLC is not responsible for returned shipments for any reason if the customer did not contact us beforehand.

If a package corresponding to a customer's order has been returned, the related products will be held for a MAXIMUM of 5 business days to allow for reshipment. After this period, if the customer has not contacted us to request reshipment, the products will be processed through reverse logistics and returned to inventory. Once products are returned to inventory, they are no longer reserved for the new shipment, and MEIBI LLC is not responsible for out-of-stock items.

If the package arrives incomplete or in poor condition, the customer has up to eight (8) hours after receiving the package to request a claim. Please email us at team@getmeibi.com with the following information:

  1. Order number.

  2. Shipping label attached to the box.

  3. Photos of all 6 sides of the box.

  4. Product with its accessories.

  5. Product packaging with barcode.

If you wish to cancel a package that already has a tracking number, you must notify the MEIBI team, keeping in mind that this request may not be honored by the carrier if the package is already in transit. If the package is delivered, the customer must refuse delivery, and once our warehouse confirms the correct return of the package, the refund will be processed.

If you request a change of address, this will only be possible if the carrier allows it; otherwise, the cost of a new shipping label ($30) must be covered, and you must wait for the original package to be returned before a reshipment can be generated.

Preparation and shipping times may be delayed due to high order volume, contingencies, severe weather, or extraordinary events such as new product launches, holidays, and vacation periods.

MEIBI LLC is not financially responsible for unfortunate events such as theft or loss of the package during transit; the shipping carrier is responsible for shipping issues, however, we are committed to making our best effort to help you follow up on or replace your shipment.

If the carrier cannot locate the recipient or the address provided is incorrect, the order will be returned to our facility and a new shipping fee will apply.

If no one is available to receive the package, a report must be filed in a timely manner with the corresponding carrier, and the package must be picked up at a carrier location as a will-call service.

Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday or the next business day.

Our order cutoff time is 1:00 PM (ET). This means that if an order is placed at 2:00 PM, processing time begins the next business day.

MEIBI LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to addresses provided by the customer, even if the customer later states the address was incorrect, as once a package has a tracking number, its retention or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If a package arrives at a carrier pickup location for collection, it will be held for a maximum of 5 business days. If not picked up within this period, it will be returned, and the cost of a new shipping label will apply.

If an order is returned, our warehouse must confirm the return before a new shipment can be processed.

To check your order status, you may do so directly using your tracking number on the corresponding carrier's website.
